The $595.00 registration includes breakfast, lunch and snacks for all three days (including Saturday evening pizza dinner), workshop handbook and CD-ROM, workshop expenses, BalloonSat construction materials (each participant will take home ~$175.00 worth of reusable BalloonSat hardware), hands-on activity equipment, and launch costs.

In order to hold the workshop, at least 30 participants must be registered and paid in full by May 13, 2005.  If the workshop is cancelled due too few participants, a full refund will be issued to everyone.  You will be notified of the GO - NO/GO decision by May 16, 2005.  If the workshop is a GO, no refunds will be issued.  If you are not able to attend the workshop after submitting your registration fee, you may send someone in your place.  If you can't find someone to send, we will send you the handbook and CD-ROM and your portion of the BalloonSat Hardware.  We apologize for the necessity of this FINE PRINT but we have a lot of up-front expenses in order to put this workshop on.  If you say you are coming, we will be spending money before you get here.  If you don't come, the money is already spent.  If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact me directly before submitting your registration.  I, Chris Koehler, can be reached at 303-492-3141 or by email by clicking here.  It is best not to make any travel arrangements until May 16, 2005.
