Subsystem Integration and Testing Report
The Subsystem Integration and Testing Report (SITR) is an interim review designed to summarize the results of full system integration and testing. Integration of subsystems almost never goes as well as planned, so it is important to start integration and perform fit checks early to mitigate issues well in advance of delivery. Pending successful integration, testing of connected subsystems ensures that steps are being made in the direction of a full Day In The Life (DITL) test. If interfaces or communication between subsystems fails at this point in the project, there is still time to resolve these issues. You will present the results of your integration and the plan to integrate your canister, which is particularly important for teams sharing canisters.
